Hayden's Senior Pictures

When Hayden's Mom asked me if I would do these, she warned me he was none too fond of the idea.
So I was super nervous. I didn't want him to do anything he wasn't comfortable with and I made sure this was the shortest photo shoot I have EVER done!

He ended up rocking the session out. I would like to think we had fun. :) ...

He's a teenager.... so I'll never know. ;)

Photo Shoot with Clover

She needs no introductions...

but just incase you've missed it......

this is my adorable niece Clover..........

This last one is my favorite, and what happened inside that chest stays inside that chest. ;)

The timing worked out perfect for this get together because later that Saturday night my little Lolo started to cough.  Yep, she's sick. Again. Grrr. 

So I don't know when I'll get to see my darling niece again, but these pictures will have to tide me over until then.

*Sigh*

(It reminds me of a hair competition I entered once while in Long Beach California. I came in 12th, but was so excited because it was an international competition and there were like 300 people in it... I think?  Some big number like that. But telling someone you got 12th place doesn't really get a big response. ;) ;) ;)

Ah well, thank you, thank you, thank you, if you voted for me. It made my day! :D

I'm also so excited because my hubby got me a new camera and lens this weekend!! Wa-hoo! I've been coveting it for soooo long that now that I have it I still haven't taken one picture. It's like in a mini museum in my office and I don't dare get in there and work it. Silly I know...  I'm such a weirdo. So I'm hoping that tonight after work I dare get the thing out and get to work.

I kept coming back to this one because of the intense look in her eyes.

It felt like this photo was studying me as much as I was studying it!
